This month marks the fourth anniversary of Garena Free Fire, and the developer has a lot planned. Aside from a slew of events scheduled throughout the month, the developer has something special in store for August 28. Players will be able to unlock a new character, Thiva, for free on that day simply by checking in.

Thiva was one of two new characters included as part of the OB29 update to Garena Free Fire. He has a passive ability called Vital Vibes that enhances the speed with which fallen friends may be rescued (revived). Furthermore, when a player is successfully Rescued, that player will get some extra HP.
Dimitri is the name of the second new character who has been introduced. He has an active ability called Healing Heartbeat. It produces a 3.5m healing zone when triggered. Users and allies will recover 3HP/s when inside the zone. Allies will be able to self-recover if they are downed while inside this zone.
In addition to earning Thiva for free, users may participate in the CS Cup Challenge 1.0. They may also play to get Cube Fragments.
Garena Free Fire now includes a new marksman rifle named the AC80. Because it has the feature ‘Piercing Shots,’ the weapon is meant to take on armored opponents. It adds additional damage to every second damage dealt by the weapon. The weapon has basic damage of 50 and a rate of fire of 0.45. It can take Muzzle Grip and Stock attachments in terms of attachments.
